I came in this morning for a couple of keto items from the bakery. I cannot believe how good the dinner rolls are! I have got to get my hands on that recipe!! I will definitely be back for more rolls!

Hello! Here is a nice recipe to try!Need an afternoon pick me up?
🥥🎃🥥🥥🥥😋🤤

99 Cal - 3.5g carbs

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut flour
½ cup protein powder (I used egg white protein powder)
2 T granulated sweetener of choice
1 T cinnamon
.5 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup almond butter (can sub for any nut butter)
½ cup sugar free maple syrup
½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)
2-3 T unsweetened almond milk (or cashew, or whatever)

Method:

Line a large baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine the flour, protein powder, granulated sweetener and spices and mix well.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the nut butter and sugar free maple syrup and heat until melted. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix well. Add the pumpkin puree and mix until combined- The batter should be crumbly.
Using a spoon, add the dairy free milk of choice one spoonful at a time until a thick, firm batter is formed.
Transfer to lined baking dish and press firmly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
